    About the Fiesta:
The Fiesta (now Fiesta Rancho) opened in December 1994 and was built, owned and operated by the Maloof Family.  The property was the first hotel-casino to open in North Las Vegas.  The Fiesta has been very popular among the local market. In 2000, after 6 years of successful operation, the Maloof family sold the property to Station Casinos, another local casino operator.  The Maloof's reinvested their money into the creation of the Palms Casino Resort. In 2003 an ice arena was added.
