About CC>CC:
Casino Collectibles & Gaming Tokens Collectors Club is an educational organization with the mission of preserving gaming history. Every year there is a convention in fabulous Las Vegas where collectors, dealers and people who just admire gaming memorabilia come together to share information and add a few pieces to their collection. The group started organizing in 1988. The Silver Strikers Chapter joined the group in 1999. The name of the club has changed to CCA - Casino Collectible Association.
What is a Silver Strike?
A Silver Strike is a Limited Edition Gaming Token which is won from a special slot machine and is in a protective plastic holder. People from all over the world collect these unique gaming tokens. There is also an official club where people buy, sell and trade Silver Strikes. The first Silver Strikes were won from special slot machines in the Reno/Tahoe area of Nevada in 1992. The tokens have been issued with redeemable values of , , , , , , , 0 and 0. The most common denomination is .
